after the analysis?
After your contacts have been analysed, you will receive a detailed report that shows you where you stand compared to the other players in your market. In this report you will find:

The evaluation of your customer service by channel, language, indicator, etc..., with details of your strengths and potential for development
A benchmark
The possibility to compare yourself with the results of all participating companies and within your sector, if possible (for the later 3 companies per sector are required)
